Plan Details

All 6 units will front Holly Street with the 2 car garages accessed from the back alley.  Each residence will be 2 stories tall (approximately 21' tall from front ground level to top of roof rising to 24' at top of roof pitch) and 20' wide.  With zero lot lines between units, there will be 120' cumulative feet of building frontage on Holly Street (20' times 6 units).  Each unit is setback 30' from the property line, with the front porches sitting behind a decorative transparent screen wall that sits 23' back from the property line.  The westernmost unit is setback from the west property line by 19'9", while the easternmost unit is setback from the east property line by 12'3".  Each unit will be just under 3,000 sf and feature 3 bedrooms and a loft with 3 bathrooms.
